How do I earn reward points?

You earn one point for every net dollar purchase made on your Simmons Bank Rewards Credit Card account with a few exceptions. You do not earn points on Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, Convenience Check transactions, fees or finance charges. Accounts are updated monthly; it may take up to 60 days for points to be posted to your account following a qualifying purchase.


Do my reward points expire?

Points expire three (3) years on the last day of the month in which they were earned. For example, for points earned in April 2010, they will expire on April 30, 2013. Points are redeemed on a first-in first-out basis.


What is my reward point balance?

To determine the number of points in your reward account, simply call 1-866-469-3632.


How do I redeem my reward points?

You may redeem your reward points by Calling 1-866-469-3632 and using the automated system or if you prefer you may speak with a Customer Satisfaction Specialist.


What can I redeem my reward points for?

Points may be redeemed for air travel, certain hotels, car rentals, gift certificates, vacation packages. To redeem your points your Simmons Bank Rewards card must be an active account in good standing.


How can I learn more about the travel rewards and book an airline ticket?

All questions regarding reward travel, including the booking or airline tickets, should be directed to our dedicated travel department at 1-866-469-3632.


What happens to my reward points if I close my credit card account?

Reward points are forfeited upon account closure.
